Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

1. Role of Parties

For the purposes of data protection regulations (including GDPR), the Merchant is the Data Controller and Inseller is the Data Processor.

2. Security Measures

Inseller implements industry-standard security measures to protect data, including encryption at rest and in transit via HTTPS/TLS.

3. Sub-processors

We use the following core technology providers to process data:

  • Google Cloud / AWS: Infrastructure and data hosting.
  • Pinecone: Vector database for AI context management.
  • Meta: WhatsApp Business API provider.
