1. The Service
Inseller provides an AI-driven WhatsApp agent designed to automate sales and support for Shopify merchants. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated responses.
2. Usage Limits
Service usage is subject to the plan selected by the merchant. The "Unverified Trial" includes a limit of 250 messages per day, while "Premium" plans offer expanded capacity as detailed in our pricing.
3. Fees & Commissions
Fees are billed as per the selected subscription plan. If applicable, any commission on sales (e.g., 5%) will be clearly disclosed and processed as part of the service agreement.
4. WhatsApp Compliance
Merchants must agree to and comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. This includes strictly adhering to "Opt-in only" messaging and prohibiting spam.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use the AI for deceptive practices, prohibited products, or any activity that violates our terms or Meta's policies.
