2. Opt-out Mechanism

Every conversation initiated or managed by the Inseller AI agent includes a clear and easy way for the customer to stop receiving messages (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe"). We honor all opt-out requests immediately.

3. Message Frequency

The AI agent only contacts customers regarding active inquiries, order updates, or abandoned carts as specifically configured by the merchant. Frequency is kept to a professional minimum to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high quality ratings for your WhatsApp Business Account.
