To request a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your request must be submitted within 14 days of your initial billing date.
- Refunds apply to the first billing cycle of any subscription plan. Subsequent renewals are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (credit card, Shopify billing, or other payment options) within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please email us at team@inseller.in from your registered Shopify store owner email address. Please include your store URL and account details in the email.
4. Abuse of Policy
We reserves the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse this policy (e.g., repeatedly signing up, requesting refunds, and canceling accounts to get free service).
