Inseller provides an AI-powered sales chat widget designed for Shopify stores. The service includes automated customer interactions, product recommendations, email capture, order tracking assistance, and conversation analytics.
3. Account Registration
To use Inseller, you must register for an account by connecting your Shopify store. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
- Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, you must choose a paid plan or contact sales to continue using the service.
- Fees: Subscription plans are billed periodically based on the chosen tier. All payments are processed securely.
5. Data Privacy & Shopify Sync
Inseller syncs with your Shopify store data (including product details and order metadata) to answer customer questions. We handle all store data and shopper conversations in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Inseller is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of sales, customer disputes, or data discrepancies.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
